Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Dolly Sports tags and labels remain attached and intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
